		<description>Another odd thing about Cygwin and permissions that I noticed:

Using Windows Explorer, the menus/folders, etc., you cannot get to lots of stuff under C:\Documents and Settings\[someone else].

But if you use Cygwin, you can.

When cleaning up space on my hard drive, I noticed that this (work) computer's previous owner had a lot of vacation photos that were wasting space.</description>
